Colour : Lemon yellow with gold nuances. Very bright and clear.
Aroma : Aromas of lime peel, sweet apples, guava and banana.
Palate : An easy to drink wine with an off-dry finish. Crisp acidity balances residual sugar; the finish is smooth and pleasant.

Serving suggestion: Enjoyed best at 8 -10º C as an accompaniment to green salads, light fish and chicken dishes. Also pairs well with mildly spiced Indian and Asian cuisine.
